As the family grows and continues to change, we use our family blog to keep in touch, remind each other of who we are, where we came from, and where were going.

Dancing with the Stars
I ask you -- how can this man hate Dancing with the Stars as much as he does when he's when we've got proof that he's been known to get his own Fred Astaire on? Discuss.
Actually, I bear the greatest resemblance to Slobodan Milosevic, but since he is a convicted war criminal I would prefer the other comparisons. Nfw jff had the big golf outing at Arrowhead on Monday. Any reports? Any takers on the yankee game tix for tonite? Me, I'm at EAHS again and the novelty is wearing off quickly. I may need to return to retirement. This working can be exhausting.
Golf report: Arrowhead is absolutely gorgeous. There's not a finer public course around. I know we like to keep our outings on the cheap, but we may want to consider Arrowhead for the 28th. How did I do? Not bad. We played scramble golf. Sandra's cousin was outdriving me most of the day (jumbo driver), so we used most of his drives. But my drives were very consistant. My approach shots were on the money. We consistantly used my approach shot. I probably hit 12-13 greens on approach shots. Putting was very solid. I sank about 3 10 footers and kissed the cup 5 times, only to have it rim it. My short game was on. All in all, if it were just me it would have been a very good/low score on a tough course. Not to mention, just a beautiful day.
OK, YOU PEOPLE win; I am utterly on pins and needles waiting to see who got eliminated last evening. I think that they could make it more interesting if this year's champ had to go one on one with Master P. And as far as my return to the classroom, I guess that I am just rather pathetic.
Can't believe that it is friday already and I have to get the lawn done today since it sounds like a wet weekend coming. Big decisions to be made. Do I take the Bulls and 42 and a half?? What about the Bills this weekend? Get niece jll going here. She has to find time in her busy schedule to provide entertainment for the rest of us. If the fixits were techno-savy, they could give us a North carolina blog. ACTION!! We need ACTION!!
you're going to paint cookie? Make sure you use oil based paint. The latex paint could suffocate her. The Office is, without a doubt the funniest show on TV right now. But I really hope Jim comes back to Scranton. He just doesn't fit in in Stamford.
Watching the office is like watching the late Andy Kaufmann. You get so upset watching someone make a total ass of himself that it is really very funny. Are we "amateur" or "professional" bloggers and what particular set of political beliefs are we pushing? Pleeeeeeze jlly, pleeeeeeze! We need your input.
Where have Jnna and Jllie been lately? Have they left us to hang out with UB Dalai Llama bloggers? (I had no idea there were 13 Llamas before this current one). And it seems he's quite the commercialist. Does the Dalai Llama spit when he gets agitated? Can he run for hours without water? Does he have hump envy with the Dalai Camel?
And to think I went to the market today to buy more corn and then... to come back and read that. Mothers are always telling you to wear clean underwear, but where's that tidbit of corn info before you get a colon exam. Thanks mom. No wonder all the pretty nurses in the room gave me that look after the exam.
Shame on me for not posting in quite awhile! This week I have been extremely busy with work. McD's has "People Week" a week long national "holiday" where we honor our employees for coming to work. We basically "kiss their ass for a week straight." So, I have been extremely busy getting that together.
I also have been busy with "Grandma week." Quite similar to People Week except Grandma week requires scratch offs and lunch.
I was wondering if the kochs would be at the ralph -- I can only imagine that your day felt a little lonely yesterday.
As for me, it was 84 and rainy as all h e double toothpicks yesterday, so it did not feel like a football day at all. Even IF they showed the bills game down here in the south!
My son holds me responsible for the Bills and yesterday's loss. He claims that since I did not watch the Miami win, and did watch the NE loss and now the NYJ loss, that I am the primary factor in their problems. It will force me into a difficult choice for week four. No Koch's at the Ralff yesterday? Maybe that was the deciding factor? Maybe we should all watch the next game at the home with Mom and Ruth?
ok people, I'm getting concerned. Blog participation rates are dropping, no one is stepping up to post a new one, and the number of witty comments is declining rapidly. Not to make this all about ME, but I need my blogstraction, baby. I know holtzes have short attention spans (ooh, a squirrel!) but let's ramp it back up!!!
WHO IS WITH ME???
I nominate Adam for the next blog. He's got a new job that only lasts 6 hours a day. Who seconds that??
"I second that emotion"... Hehe. And if I might make a suggestion concerning Adm's new blog, we haven't talked about fending of an attacker with bananas yet. Just a suggestion.
bananas? attackers? Sounds like a monty python meets the students of Quincy High? If not that it will be me and jff at the golf course on Friday and that has been done before. Alternatives???Sorry, but I have been a major part of the last two, and the only alternative involves me and Tonawanda, and that is asking a lot.

what a LOVELY couple! dancing on air, they are!
Anyone can see that the picture has been altered to put Auntie in with an obviously bloated Ted Kennedy.
Kevin O'Connell?
Either way, he's all mine and that makes me unbelievably happy, Monday or not.
Was that like to much? Did it make you want to upchuck your Wheaties?
upchuck! HAH!
Thank goodness I'm a couple hours out from my wheaties or that display of sweetness would have made me yak!
Adm, I think we need a quincy high blog, please. Consider this a place holder.
That's a great picture of Auntie P who's the bloated Nick Nolte???
Where's Stacy ( no E) Keibler???

We finished at 8 under for the day. Not coming close to winning it. The winners... 22 under.
Jerry Springer looked pretty good last night.
Good mornin' all. Enjoy your day.

Sara was fine. She'll be there for awhile. HAMLIN MUST GO!!!
don't give away who was voted off family -- I'm tivo'ing it because I'm in DC for work!
speaking of work, jll, how's the new job? We need a blog.
We definitely need a job blog. Come oon Jllie.

My Name Is Earl and The Office are my 2 favorite shows. I like Scrubs too. There, my two favorite shows are those three.
I love the weekend. I too, have to mow the lawn. And now I'm gone.

Come on Jff...get it right! " Dollie the Llama had two humps"
Thank you sis for sharing that "piece" of info from your doctor friend. It is an image that will stay with me far too long.

i love the office. What a show what a show!
I really thought I was going to bust my gut when he kissed him.

Prediction, Bills 24-17
GO BUFFALO!
happy monday family!

I wouldn't mind rain and 84. It's getting a lil' chilly hhere at night.
I would've predicted the same outcome Thrllie. Bills will learn to win those games.

Ahhhh... you've seen that sketch too? Too funny. How about pointed sticks?
Can't wait for Friday.
