With all of that he could have at least wished you a happy birthday. Hard to believe that it has been so many years but as a proud father, thank you for all of the joys that you have given me during those 35 years. Enjoy your day babe. Me and Auntie are going out to celebrate it for you
Happy Birthday K, I hope you had an awesome day. II tipped my cold beverage in your honor. I could only get through a third of that long post. I think I have ADDH or something, whatever it is I have it.
That was a travesty at second base, he was out by at least ten feet.
OK raise your hand if you saw 0-for - Wil Nieves trying to stretch his first hit into a double last nite??? Too funny! Happy day after your birthday KDH. I hope you had a great one. rainy and gray here. GO SABRES!!!!
Rumor has it that the birthday girl spent last evening watching Smoltz vs Maddux. Any truth to that? Me, the best I can do is the Bisons today against the team that used to be the Yank farm club, that is, if it stops raining. Go Sabres!! Any Ray Emery sightings at Tiki Hut. He is looking for things to do.
Dunder-Miflin inc. would love to extend birthday wishes to Ms. Holtz as long as she and KDHRC stay out of our corporate path. You may now enjoy your day.
oh no this is not good!!! 2-0 :0 cant watch the yankee replay cuz that is even worse! is there a priest somewhere saying mass? awww birthday wishes, from dunder mifflin! see that sensativity training paid off 2-1! thnk I will work on laundry
I am done with hockey too. Thank God I have Andy of Mayberry to carry me thru until 8. This is a good one where Barney's landlady catches him cooking in his room and evicts him. Bisons game today with auntie. She suddenly became interested in the game when I offered her a post game dinner at chef's. She can't resist those chicken livers. Me, it was a few too many visits by the Conehead. It was tough trying to follow the ball thru all of the fog. Night, night all.
Wow, what happened last night. They better play better on Sat. This series is going seven peeps.
I'm kinda surprised we haven't heard from OttSensfan, there has to be a blogger by that name out there.
Zach was his second game 11-7. He went 0-2 with a bb. So far, he's right on schedule with my stats when I was 10. He's having fun and learning the game more and more everyday.
If that doesn't seem appropriate (yeah right) Sandra suggests the The Treehouse on Elmwood in Buffalo south of Buff State (just after Lafayette). That's a great store with unique gifts.
How about a football? That is always a good gift. Maybe some simonize? Met the Fixxitts and GG for dinner last evening. Didn''t see the new vehicle. Apparently it doesn't go on trips of more than 5 miles yet. Wishing all of you mother's out there the greatest of MOM DAYS. Enjoy. You have earned it. Also a happy one to moms-to-be.
I believe your correct with the car's 5 mile limit. He's working the engine up to it. Or else, there was a windy forcast that he heard. If the wind gusts break 10mph, he puts the car in the garage and protects it with bubblewrap. That way any stray pine needle or piece of paper that wind picks up won't hit the car.
Zach's third game this afternoon against the White Sox. I'll be there eating hot dogs all day.
Heard all about the evening of fun! I quess I am up this afternoon! thrillie has a great story of catching a crack head trying to steal a trailer from HD, she will have to post it kind of brisk out there today. happy mothers day to all who are mothers, about to be mothers, and my mother! not even mentioing the G-A-M-E
Zach lost a heartbreaker. The starting pitcher threw a 6 inning, 3 hitter (9 K, 1bb), but the White Sox tied it in the top of the sixth. The Yankees loaded up the bases in the bottom of the sixth and couldn't score, forcing extra innings. Then the WS finally won it in the 8th inning. Bummer. The chili dogs were very good todayy though.
ITS ALL OVER (CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP) ITS ALL OVER (CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP). I AM GOING TO ALL BUFFALO BLOGS TO LET THE FANS OF BUFFALO KNOW ITS ALL OVER (CLAP CLAP CLAP). NOW SINCE YOUR ON THE ROAD TO LOSE YOUR EASTERN CONFERENCE, MAYBE YOU GUYS CAN COME UP WITH SOME THINGS TO DO IN BUFFALO. WORD IS THERE IS NOTHING TO DO THERE.
WELL YOU SHOULD JUST THROW A PARTY IN YOUR PLAZA WHEN YOUR BOO HOOING AFTER THE SWEEP HEARD ROUND THE WORLD.
Nothin' but bad news today from Zach's game to the Sabres. I bailed on last nite's game completely. We were watching Night in the Museum, a whole lot more fun. Heard that Uncle G. is under the weather. Take care. Happy M_Day to all. Nice to see an Ottawa post. I was surprised that it was in English. I thought that all official communications had to be in French. Maybe all of the Ottawa players will be distracted by the many cosmopolitan adventures available in that city?? once they return home.
Is that really Ottawa fan or is it Ranger fan in disguise? I have my doubts.
Did anyone else get a lint brush as a present from my mother as a mother's day gift or was it just Sandra? This sounds like the Civil War books gift all over again.
He's not kidding...I got a lint brush from the "Fix-its"...I got the red handled one...my mom thought she was special because they gave her one with a blue handle...seriously! Happy Mother's Day all... To stick up for the Ottawa guy...I'm pretty sure they have logenberry there and...well...I guess that is it...
Way to go Sandra. No one, but no one, can top your mother's day. I hope that Auntie doesn't read this and find out about the lint brushes. If the Ottawa fan is going to spend all of his time posting on all of the WNY blogs I think that says all that needs to be said about the exciting life up there. Hope that everyone enjoys their Monday.
I hope all the ladies had a wonderful mothers day! I had a most enjoyable one! Thrillie and I went and saw the Waitress with Keri Russell, and the movie theater handed out a free gift bag at this sneak preview, and then we stopped at Ava Cado's for some mexican, a most enjoyable day. Yes, poor gorgy has been under the weather, spent the greater part of saturday in the ER, still home sick today. I am a firm believer he can take care of himself, so I came to work! to our ottawablowsfan: A) stay off OUR blog site. B) Only canada would have a "national sport" that more american teams excel at than canadian teams. C) Check your math, best o' 7, and they have only played 2.. D) the winds of change start blowing tonite.. Enjoy your monday all.... Amy update por favor!
came upstairs because I couldn't stand watching anymore. I will leave it up to my son to provide the Amy update. As best i know, all is well and she is going to the md on wed. can't believe that my sister is playing such "lint brush favoritism".
Remember when Don Beebe ran down Leon Lett and knocked the ball out of his hands? Will we have anything similar to remember this series by? I hate to remind all of the Yankee fans out there that the Socks were down 0-3 and came back. Is there a chance for true believers that it could happen twice?
I have never seen the sabres play such uninspired, boring, lifeless hockey. I hate to say it, cause I hate the sabres, but the senators are the better team... damn them!
The wife is doing great, doing anything she can to get this baby moving on out... I'll provide more updates after the docs appt tomorrow
sighhhh... I can not believe the cruelty of my brother to bring up the sux after such a disheartening effort by the boys. need I remind all the misquided fans that it is only May, baseball is such a longgg season, the sux have pleanty of time to crumble, and the bombers will soon very soon put a smile on the best baseball fans in the universe, YANKEE FANS! Hope you are feeling good AMY! saw my sister yesterday, did not get a lint brush, so if she passed them out she must have broken up the set???? gray, thundery, rainy, depressing AM! what to look forward too???? mmmm Maybe I will be able to quess the secret sound on WYRK???
I saw Jnna last night on Channel 4. Good job, Jnna. I think that if any of us is going to be on the TV waves, we must were a Holtzapalooza t-shirt. New rule.

The first official KDHRC holiday is the President's Birthday. Only seems right, doesn't it?

Big fun day yesterday -- golf and baseball and sushi. It was a very nice birthday indeed -- thank you all for your great birthday wishes!
86 here in the ATL today. Summer is here and the temp is only heading up!
sushi in atlanta? how far is that from the nearest body of water?
VERY far from a body of water -- but VERY close to one of the nation's leading International Airports. A girl's gotta break her own rules sometimes!
Dunder-Miflin inc. would love to extend birthday wishes to Ms. Holtz as long as she and KDHRC stay out of our corporate path. You may now enjoy your day.
A muffin was had in your honner
oh no this is not good!!!

I am still glued to the tv. However, I do catch myself flipping back and forth between the game and some infomercial.

Instead of "was", let's try "won", won his second game. Sheesh.
Anyboy have a good birthday gift idea for a one year girl???
Nice snow tires???
If that doesn't seem appropriate (yeah right) Sandra suggests the The Treehouse on Elmwood in Buffalo south of Buff State (just after Lafayette). That's a great store with unique gifts.

ok, let me get this straight -- someone in OTTAWA is throwing stones about nothing to do in our city??
mmhmm.
